With eagerness and fear, aauites rush and panicly register their courses for a new semester.
A new tradition achieved by the new VC, Professor Igbekele Ajigbefun, after implementing a 2000 naira late registration fee in the first semester of 2014/2015 session,the motion was however welcomed among the students with backlash and complains.
Meanwhile, this is against the tradition among the students, cos' the portal closes when exams set to begin.
Right from the first day the portal was opened, the e-portal traffic ( www.eportal.aaua.edu.ng ) increased tremendously, rising from 9% to 29% on the first day of opening and lately to 80%
Most of the student however said, the late registration fee is not the problem but the stress accompany with it some further complain about not given time to study which elective course is good for them to choose, that they only choose their elective based on panic and fear of the closure of the eportal,
But much to the excitement of all, the eportal, supposedly to be closed on 14/08 is still open and running for registration
Meanwhile, it should recall that, AAUAHOTSPOT and CO- ANUCA AWARDS winner will be holding Award celebration party, this weekend, at Benima Hotels
